Girls Crochet Beanie Hat with Ear Flaps

As I was flipping through patterns I found this one, and oh is it cute. I found it in Happy Hooker Stitch & Bitch which is a awesome series of books let me tell you.

Funny thing is I need something to display my hats on so that I could take good pictures of them to put in my shop. I own a female manikin but I don't have a manikin head. Saul suggested I just sew one, and that's what I did. I think it's rad, but it sure does get abused around here with a 5 year old... I guess it doubles as a punching bag.
